For the safety of your pet and the other pets here, we require the following:

• All vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper and Kennel Cough) are up to date and that we 
  have a copy of the shot record on file at the resort. 

• Your pet must be spayed or neutered. 

• Flea prevention - the use of Frontline or a similar product is highly recommended.

• Before your pet may register, we would like to set up a visit to evaluate your dog's temperament. 

For your convenience you may fill out the registration form and contract form,
print it, and bring it along when you register your pet. 

Forms will also be available when you arrive.
