Rover’s Resort requires all dogs to pass an assessment:

For the safety of your pet and the other pets here, Rover’s Resort requires an assessment before your pet stays.  The assessment shows the staff that your dog cooperates well with the other dogs and people, while giving you a chance to tour the facility.  The assessment takes about 30 minutes and can be scheduled in the afternoon.  Please call (920) 450-6578 to schedule an appointment.

We also require the following:

·        We must have a completed Registration Form and Contract, available from the link below or upon arrival.

·        We must have a copy of a current shot record, including Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella (Kennel Cough).

·        Your pet must be spayed or neutered if older than 6 months.

·        Flea prevention is highly recommended.  

For your convenience you may fill out the registration form and contract form,
print it, and bring it along when you register your pet. 

Forms will also be available when you arrive.
